342 S Dakota St

**AVAILABLE October 1, 2026** Self-contained and private, this lower-level, FULLY FURNISHED, daylight basement apartment is located in John's Landing, a quiet and safe neighborhood between South Waterfront and the Sellwood Bridge. There's pretty much all you need within just a few blocks including several restaurants, parks, liquor store, Elephants, Jola Cafe, St. Honore Boulangerie (new!), Jen's Pastries, Zupan's Market and Fulton Pub. You'll be just a few blocks away from the expansive Willamette River Park and the Greenway Trail. Two convenient bus lines in and out of the city are just a couple blocks away. The apartment is private (no shared spaces) and has its own separate entrance. It is fully furnished with a jacuzzi bathtub, fully appointed kitchen and laundry in unit. There is street parking with a spot saved for tenants, steps away from the unit's front door. This furnished apartment is perfect for an extended vacation in Ptown, students or business folks needing temporary housing, or for traveling nurses/medical professionals. 30 day minimum. Please note: I have two pets, Ziggy (dog) and Rio (cat). I like to let potential tenants know that they will hear them wrestling about from time to time because I have wood floors, but other than that, Ziggy rarely barks which is nice! I am a quiet person but the house is old so daily living noises do travel between floors. Due to this, this is not a space for the noise sensitive. Furnished rental short-term lease/month to month. All utilities including wifi included.
